So, We call an item to eat "utensil"
and an item to cook "cookware"
is it OK ??

A utensil includes mainly tools used for performing an action with your hand, such as forks, spoons, knives, etc.
Cookware includes everything for cooking the food, including containers, such as pots, pans, bowls, etc
"Utensil" is not a word confined to food either. It can be used to refer to laboratory or surgical tools as well, among other things.

Cookware contains utensils, but not all utensils are cookware.
Utensils include: cookware useable by hand, like spatulas, spoons, beaters, rolling pins and knives.
Cookware includes: utensils, and ALSO pots, pans, kettles, colanders, graters, baking sheets, and cutting boards.

Utensils are usually things you use by gripping with your hand, for example a spatula, a whisk, a spoon, a tongs, etc. If you say eating utensils you mean forks, spoons, and knives, or things you grip in your hand to eat with.
Cookware is usually pots, pans, and dishes you use to cook food in.
A mixing spoon is a utensil, while the pot that holds the food you are mixing is cookware.
