경축드립니다 보다 조금 더 공손한 표현입니다.
요즘은 일상생활에서 잘 쓰이지는 않고, 사극 등에서 종종 등장합니다.

yes. the most formal (can use this for president)(usually don’t use in daily)

it is very polite phrase for conglatulation.
it usually uses for king or queen of Chosun dynasty.
umm... compare to UK,
you can only use 경하드립니다 for your Queen.
it is weird to use that word with your friends or family. am i right?
