No lo había escuchado antes, puede que sra un refrán de una zona en concreto de España o que este en desuso.
No estoy segura pero yo creo qur significa que alguien joven quiere seguir diviertiendose y por edo no quiere que llegue el lunes, ya que es cuando se vuelve a trabajar.
Mozo / moza = perdona joven generalmente soltera
