hola, las dos preguntas son correctas ya que la pregunta ¿les han pasado? seria para preguntar el plurar ejemplo: ¿les han pasado tantas cosas hoy? y en cambio ¿les ha pasado? seria la pregunta en singular para preguntar si le ha pasado una sola cosa, ejemplo: ¿les ha pasado que buscan una película y no la encuentran en el directorio?

El sujeto de "han pasado" es "ellos / varias cosas" (plural), y el sujeto de "ha pasado" es "él, ella / algo / una cosa" (singular).
--> ¿(Los profesores) los han aprobado?
--> ¿(El profesor) los ha aprobado?
--> ¿Les han pasado (muchos problemas)?
--> ¿Les ha pasado (algún problema)?
