@bluepink
lihat is just "to see" while tengok is to move your head to take a glance at it for a while.
Bisa shows your own ability, can you do it or not, meanwhile boleh shows whether you can do it or not as in are you allowed to do it or not.

Bisa vs Boleh
1. the word "bisa" is used to indicate ability. Example: "saya bisa makan 10 porsi indomie".
2. But sometimes the word "bisa" can also be interpreted to allow something. example: "Kamu boleh pulang sekarang"; "Kamu boleh makan pisang yang ada di meja itu".
3. From explanation number 2, then the word "bisa" = "boleh" (synonym).
Example:
a. "Kamu bisa pulang sekarang" = "Kamu boleh pulang selarang".
b. "Kamu boleh makan pisang yang ada di meja itu" = "Kamu boleh makan pisang yang ada di meja itu".
Kesimpulan:
1. "Bisa" = can (in English)
2. "Bisa" = "Boleh" (sinonim) / may (in English)
