The meaning is identical. Both of these sentences display a somewhat tortured use of English, but the main difference is that the first one is especially tortured. There is absolutely no reason to fill your mouth with so many words, in such a complicated order 😁
While the second one sounds better, most people would actually say:
Who was the woman you were talking with?
