Hmm in my opinion concerning is kinda like worrying, like u need to pay some attention to something due to that thing is getting worse or bad, while unfavorable is for (something) of (something) not good and likely to cause problems or make something more difficult. e.g. the conditions were unfavorable for agriculture. Unfavorable also shows that you do not approve of or like somebody/something. e.g. an unfavorable comment. i rlly hope this helps u!
