La pregunta está casi bien pero están de más algunas palabras y artículos
una manera de decirlo es:
-Podría alguien enseñarme si hay deferencia entre las tres oraciones siguientes?
-Podría alguien enseñarme si hay diferencia de las matices entre las tres siguientes oraciones?
(La pregunta está entendible)
1.- Se me da mal
• Decir que un tema haces mal
(me recordó a下手)
2.- Me cuesta
• Decir que un tema te es difícil y tienes que esforzarte
3-.No se me da bien
• Decir No antes de algo positivo de un tema No hacer bien
(母は料理が上手ではありません)
(no sé si este correcta mi Afirmativa negativa)
La 1 y 3 son lo mismo en "Se me da" ya sea bien o mal + un dato del hablante

La segunda y la tercera pueden implicar que se te da regular, no necesariamente mal.

—> entre las tres oraciones siguientes
Las frases 1 y 3 tienen idéntico matiz pero en modo afirmativo o negativo. 苦手
La frase 2 usa el verbo “costar”, por tanto tiene un matiz de “esfuerzo”. 疲れる、大変
