People saying "I'm from Osaka, I'm happy" or "My friend is from Osaka, she's happy" is completely irrelevant.
There are happy people EVERYWHERE.
It's not because YOU'RE happy that everyone is.
I gave official statistics because that's the reality.
One persone talking about themselves and generalizing is subjective and ridiculous.
