@khojaste They all are correct.
But there is a slight difference in the meaning which they convey.
1. उसे खाना मत दो।
It means- Don't give him/her food.
2. खाना उसे मत दो।
It means- Don't give food to him/her.
In the second sentence there is more emphasis on 'him/her'. ( It could mean that you are giving food to wrong person and this food is not supposed to be given to him or her.)
Similarly the second set of sentences also have same meaning. But the first one could be translated to - "Give him food". Whereas in the second one could be translated as "Give food to him". Again there is slight emphasis on the person receiving the food.
