@insaf_ if you start the sentence with "are" it means you will start a question for example:
"Are you going to school today?"
"Are you going shopping later?"
"Are you really telling the truth?"
On the other hand, when you start the sentence with "you" it's not a question for example:
"You are really pretty."
"You are always there for me thank you."
"You are always ignoring me."
There are times though which you can use "you are" as a question BUT you will have to put "right" or other specific words in the end to make it sound as a question AND you will have to put "not " after "are". You put "right" in the end of the sentence when you are not sure if what you are saying is correct and you want to confirm if it's true
for example:
"You aren't/are not going to school tomorrow, right?
"You aren't going to leave me..right?"
"You aren't still friends with him after all he has done to you, right?"
