@big_solid140 "Primarily" is the only current adverb with that same root with the meaning you requested.
P.S. Even if you did say "primely," most Americans would assume you actually said "primarily" or at least meant it.

Formal translation:
Is there a word "primely" in existence? Is there an adverb form for the word "prime"? I was unable to find anything in the Cambridge/Oxford dictionaries :/
Casual translation:
Wait, does "primely" even exist? Is there like an adverb version of "prime"? I couldn't find anything in the Cambridge/Oxford dictionaries :/
Explanation in Russian:
В формальном переводе использованы более официальные и универсальные выражения, такие как "in existence" вместо "exist", "adverb form" вместо "adverb version". В неформальном переводе использованы более разговорные и близкие к повседневной речи выражения, такие как "Wait" вместо "Primely", "like" вместо "for".

"Primely" is absolutely a word, but it is very, very rarely used and it means "excellently."
"Prime" itself has multiple definitions. Which one are you referring to? You're not asking for the word "firstly," are you? Or "primarily?"
