The problem is that you have said – even though – and related it to the theme of waiting. But instead of telling us something about waiting, you immediately start talking about dirty dishes. So it’s quite confusing.
I think you should just get rid of saying – even though. There’s no reason to have this.
Also, ordinary people don’t talk about bad things as being “Unworthy“. Your meaning is correct but it’s just not natural speech.
So, let’s rewrite your sentence –
I waited a long time in the line, and when I got my food the dishes were disgusting. This restaurant is substandard, and I never want to go there again.

@AngryBear It sounds a bit unnatural, because disgusting and waiting a long time don't really relate to each other.
I never want to go there again. It's not worthwhile.
