Question about English (US)

What does Hi , I'm trying to figure out the meaning of the name "cake of a wife time" (which is the old name of red velvet cake) and how it works.

Like I can't really understand what does "a XXXX time" means.
mean?

I know usage like "have a good time" or "peace of our time" , but have no clue what "a XXXX time" is trying to convey.
