"慣れて"は"なれて"の変換ミスですね。それはともかく、
そんな仲良くなれていないとわかっていたけど、はそのことが過去に起こったことについて話す意味になります。 今は仲良くなっているかもしれません。
そんな仲良くなれていないとわかっているけど、は現在のことについて話している感じなので、今も仲良くなっていない感じがします。
