１３月の給与とは「クリスマスボーナス」ですか？
Tidak, "クリスマスボーナス" bukanlah gaji bulan ke-13. Di Jepang, gaji bulan ke-13 atau bonus tahunan biasanya disebut sebagai "年末賞与" (nenmatsu shoyo) atau "ボーナス" (bonus). Bonus ini biasanya diberikan kepada karyawan pada akhir tahun, biasanya sekitar bulan Desember, sebagai bentuk apresiasi dari perusahaan atas kerja keras karyawan selama setahun. Sedangkan "クリスマスボーナス" lebih merujuk pada bonus khusus yang diberikan menjelang atau saat perayaan Natal. Jadi, keduanya adalah hal yang berbeda dalam konteks pembayaran bonus di Jepang.

初めて聞いた言葉だったので、“13月の給料”を調べたところ、フィリピンなどの他国で使われるクリスマスボーナスを刺した言葉のようですね。
日本では多分あまり使われていない言葉だと思います。
