is there a way that I can talk or contact somebody who's good in Korean. the problem is that I can't read or use the Korean alphabets because I've never studied them or used them which is a serious problem to me.

yeah you can also go for hana hana hangul in youtube if you wish to learn the Korean alphabets

Go to talktomeinkorean.com and look for the hangul lesson. I've been learning korean by myself and almost done with level 1. It's a really good site and it's free!
