literally means:
bonita = beautiful
linda = pretty
guapo = handsome
you can say that your girlfriend is beautiful, for instance:
mi novia es muy bonita.
Linda is also a name of a woman, I have a friend whose name is Linda.
When your girlfriend os wearing clothes that make her more beautiful, you can say: mi novia es muy guapa!!!
moreover, if you are really in love with your girlfriend, you could say her:

"Guapa" and "bonita" mean beautiful. The first one is used to describe people/girls (beautiful face) and the second is used to describe things. For example:
- Mi novia es guapa/My girlfriend is beautiful.
- Esa falda es bonita/That skirt is beautiful.
"Linda" is used in the south of America (not usually in Spain) and could means "beautiful"(face) or "pretty"(body and face). For example: "You have a beautiful smile"
- Tienes una linda sonrisa (South America Spanish).
- Tienes una bonita sonrisa (Spain Spanish).
