Question about Arabic
Arab people basically when they have a child they are called the father or the mother of that child for example abu Khaled or Umm khaled, so is it ONLY the first child's name they do that with whether boy or girl? Or they can choose from any of their kids ?

Just the first child, if it’s a boy. If it’s a girl then no. And it’s used exclusively in middle east. It’s not used at all in the western arabic countries (north africa).

For the first born child, if it's girl then it will be abu Fatima / Umm Fatima. Until they have a boy then people might called them abu Fatima or Abo khaled.
And my grandmother has met a family who called her by the youngest child name but it was weird.
*Edit: also if they are not married or doesn't have children it will be the father name.
Like: Mohammad Ali : abu Ali.
Sara Ali: Um ali.
And some names have a specific neck names: ibraheem = abu khalil.
