En Argentina se suele usar. Chamuyero se refiere a una persona en especifico. Chamullar es cuando alguien te quiere seducir con sus palabras, o sea, te empieza a decir cosas muy lindas, halagadoras, etc. Eso es chamuyar, y el que lo hacer es un chamuyero.
