The Language Level symbol shows a user's proficiency in the languages they're interested in. Setting your Language Level helps other users provide you with answers that aren't too complex or too simple.

• Beginner

  Has difficulty understanding even short answers in this language.

• Beginner-Intermediate

  Can ask simple questions and can understand simple answers.

• Intermediate

  Can ask all types of general questions and can understand longer answers.

• Advanced

  Can understand long, complex answers.

Only Premium users can view the bookmarked questions.

Only Premium users can search questions.

Quick Points show how speedy users are at answering questions. They're earned by answering a question within a certain amount of time of the question being asked. Answers need to receive a "Like" from the question's owner or another native speaker to count.

Quality Points are earned when other users who speak your native language "like" your answers or when your answers are chosen as the Featured Answer for a given question.
Quality Points help users know which answers most accurately answer different questions.

This shows how well you've been responding to the answers you've been getting. When you ask a question, take care to respond to the answers you get! Likes, stamps, comments, disagrees, and featured answers all count as responses.
