@meggiek is right. If you are only expecting one response, "There is no response" is best. Otherwise you should use "There are no responses."

'There is no response' implies one response. 'There are no responses' implies two or more responses.

However - if you ask many people and none respond, you can say "no response" which means "not a single response from all those people."
