Unfortunately, on its own these words don't make sense. You could change it to,

"After it had closed"
...or,
"After it was closed"

Both mean the same thing. 'It' can be anything that opens or closes, like a shop, a door, a bar, etc. So you could put it in a sentence like this,

"After the shop had closed (I realised I needed some milk)."

So the next phrase,

"After closing"

This has a similar meaning as 'after it had closed' but has to be used in a way that makes sense. For example,

"After closing (the shop, the shopkeeper went home)."

So as you can see, the person saying 'after closing' in this way is the person closing the shop.
The person saying 'after it had closed' is NOT the one closing the shop.
