A: “Spiritual” is relating to one’s soul or religion. Meditating, praying, and going to a place of worship are spiritual activities.

“Mental” is relating to the mind. Thoughts, emotions, intellect, etc.

Biggest difference between being spiritual and being psychic is that you can be spiritual and have no abilities, just believe in love and presence and feeling instead of thinking. Being psychic means you have abilities. But a lot of people think that no one is actually psychic.
