Together means doing something with one another. You want to go somewhere with a person, so you want to go together with that person.

together is "with someone" or "dating someone"

along with is "in company with someone" or "at the same time with"

A: I think the difference is that you use "along" to follow somebody or a karaoke "sing along" follow lyrics and sing then. Together means that you do something with someone in the same time. We go to the beach together.

for example
会社 uses only onyomi
台所 uses both onyomi and kunyomi
in your example, 死神 uses kunyomi for both

memorizing kun/on usage is a bad idea since it would take a lot of time, some words can have anywhere from 1 to 7 on/kun readings with many different combinations.

instead, just remember the vocabulary itself. drill vocabulary words you hear/see in different context
