A: This is kind of hard to explain, but it is common in the US especially in rural areas, to have tshirts or hats with weird/silly/stupid sayings like this. They usually say something about hunting, fishing, country life, etc, and the "women want me fish fear me" is one of them but it has kind of turned into a meme because people find it so funny.

A: It means society modified their behavior, taught them, forced them to expect lower wages. The idea being that women, had they not been taught by society that they "deserve" lower wages, would expect equivalent wages. I'm guessing.

1. I think "but they" sounds pretty unnatural here, so I have replaced it with "they just".

2. Most people say "bad at" instead of "poor at". So "poor at" sounds a little unnatural. "Poor drivers" sounds ok, but you can also use "bad drivers".

3. In one example I changed "a bad reputation for driving" to "a bad reputation". This is because "for driving" is implied, so you don't need it. But, you can use it if you want to.

A: The "glass ceiling" is a metaphor for some unofficial, societal upper limit it is impossible to pass. So, in this case, it means that although officially women should be allowed to pass a certain level (in business especially) but are unable to in reality because of sexism that is outside of official written rules (like bosses being less likely to promote women, etc.).
