@HanHowey Ohh i get it but how do you use the auxiliar verb "Do" ?

Great question. It actually works exactly the same way. The only exception is that "are" can be used as a state-of-being verb. "Do" has to have a linking verb in order to function properly, which means it needs a second verb(even if that second verb is itself!). Here are some examples:
"Do you hear that?" *Notice "hear" is linked with "do"
"Do you always do that at night?" *"Do" is linked this time with "do" as well
When you are making a statement, you do not always need a linking verb.
"You do that so well!"
"You do know there is a second option, right?" *Notice that when the statement form is reverted into a question, "do" needs a linking verb again

@hamzahputra22 both are right. “Are you smart?” is a question. You want to know if they are smart. “You are smart.” is a statement. You are telling them that they are smart.

@insaf_ if you start the sentence with "are" it means you will start a question for example:
"Are you going to school today?"
"Are you going shopping later?"
"Are you really telling the truth?"
On the other hand, when you start the sentence with "you" it's not a question for example:
"You are really pretty."
"You are always there for me thank you."
"You are always ignoring me."
There are times though which you can use "you are" as a question BUT you will have to put "right" or other specific words in the end to make it sound as a question AND you will have to put "not " after "are". You put "right" in the end of the sentence when you are not sure if what you are saying is correct and you want to confirm if it's true
for example:
"You aren't/are not going to school tomorrow, right?
"You aren't going to leave me..right?"
"You aren't still friends with him after all he has done to you, right?"
