Korrekt und zweifelsfrei ist nur: Neunzehn Uhr fünfundzwanzig. Bei allen anderen Ausdrücken weiß man nicht, ob vor oder nach Mitternacht gemeint ist. Man kann es verwenden, wenn unter den die Info austauschenden Personen absolut klar ist, ob vormittags oder abends gemeint ist.
