No comments is a bit different and it depends on the context of the question. An example being, sometimes you may watch a YouTube video and it says no comments will be accepted. This means no answers or replies will be accepted.

And what I'm talking about here is HOW that person in the video said "I Really Don't Want That Serpent To Ruin Me". She said it in such a way that the words are saying she doesn't want that to happen, but her tone doesn't seem to be in disagreement with it happening.

Like if I see someone attractive and say "I definitely wouldn't want to go out on a date with them", but kind of smile and say it in a playful way, that's different than being disgusted and saying the same thing.
