Q:
Please show me example sentences with I’m done with 〜
.
.
A:
Yes. The sentences "I'm done with eating dinner." and "I'm done with reading." are correct. However they are different then the first three sentences I wrote in meaning.
'I'm done with' can have the regular meaning of 'being done with something'. However, it can also have a more... dramatic meaning. The second meaning means that the person is personally mentally exhausted from whatever they are talking about. It's hard to explain but it's something you'll pick up. The last 2 sentences of mine can have the second meaning if something bad happened in school or french class. It depends on the tone.

Q:
What is the difference between Why do you ~ and Why would you ~ ?
A:
I don’t like that it is so hard to find the words to explain this. 😅 I am going to try.
Why would you trust him? -> Why? What is the reasoning for this decision? What is the motivation behind this?
“Would” suggests questioning reasoning behind making choices and possible future situations. Almost like you find the person unusual/weird for what they did or said.
Why do you trust him? -> Why? Did he give you a reason to trust him?
The “do” (and “did” as past tense) version suggests the motivation behind it as well, but more in a questioning sense. Curiosity.

Q:
You don't have bread! 这句话里的“have” 是“eat” 的意思还是“possess”的意思?
A:
I don't really know why it can't mean "eat."
I think because, for "have" to mean "eat" we also need to mention the meal either implicitly or explicitly somewhere in the conversation, so it is more natural to assume that "have" means "possess" without additional context.
Also "don't" implies present tense, and it is very rare for it to mean eat in the present tense.
Examples:
"We are having bread." would be a strange sentence to say unless the conversation is already about a meal.
A: What do people usually eat for dessert around here?
B: I can tell you one thing, you don't have (eat) bread.
This dialogue is natural, but seems like a very rare situation.
A more natural situation using that sentence would be:
"How am I supposed to make a sandwich? You don't have(possess) bread!"
