A:
No. if there are 1000 people and 1 of them did not agree with the plan you could say "unfortunately, all of them did not agree to the plan". I know it's confusing but when you say "all of them agreed to the plan" it means all 1000 people agreed but when you say "all of them did not agree to the plan" then anywhere from 1 to 9999 disagreed (or even 1000, though normally if it were 1000 you'd say "they all disagreed with the plan")

8. When buses pass by me, they really bother me especially when I am looking at the sky.
▶️ Does each of the sentences sound natural?:)
*For 1 & 2, and for 4 & 5, which ones sound more natural?:)
A:
1 and 2 mean something a little bit different. If you say you didn't PLAN then that means that it wasn't on purpose that you woke up.
Meanwhile, when you use WANT then that means you planned to wake up, but were simply too tired - thus, you didn't want to get out of bed. (waking up for work etc.)
I do not fully understand what you mean by the 3rd sentence.
The 5th one is more natural, as this is happening in a formal environment and using leader would make it sound a bit more childish (for example leader of the school football team is natural)
6✓
7 I would write just: I got interested in Space.
8 When buses pass by me, they really bother me, especially when (/if) I'm looking at the sky.
Good job! All of the sentence were formed correctly I just wanted to point out a few things :D
