In case my Japanese was so bad you couldn’t understand, “I suppose” has more or less the same meaning as “I guess”. It’s mostly used to show uncertainty about a situation, except the last one where B is implying they wants something in return or that B doesn’t really want to (even though they could).

A: The wedding is tomorrow, and I'm supposed to bring the flowers. (Supposed to = obligated to, intended to, expected to)
This key is supposed to open the front entry door. (Expected to)
Stop! You're not supposed to be doing that! (allowed to, permitted to)

I don't think "be supposed to" can be used. At least it sounds weird.

I want to say "supposed" is almost like "should".
Kind of hard for me to explain....... so here's a few examples.

"She is supposed to be the best doctor in town"
"She should be the best doctor in town."

"I was supposed to be at the meeting today"
"I should have been at the meeting today"

A: “I suppose” is related to assume, imagine being uninformed.
“Is it going to be cold tomorrow? Yes, I suppose”

“I think” is related with information, analysis, guess.
“Is winter right now, it’s been cold this few days so I think it’ll be cold tomorrow”
