Questions about example sentences with, and the definition and usage of "Run"

Could be “What, are they running down the streets telling this nonsense to everyone they meet, no one would believe it!“

Running down the street is exactly what the sentence is referring to. “I ran down the streets screaming ‘freeeedom’!”

is correct, but it sounds a tiny bit weird.
You wouldn't really hear it being said like this. (although it is correct)

"When I'm running, I feel happy."
is exactly the same as "When I run, I feel happy." in meaning, but sounds slightly more unnatural.

"When I'm running, I'm feeling happy."
This one is just really weird.
Again, the sentence is technically perfect and conveys its meaning, but it sounds really weird. I suggest to never use it like this😅.

I would say none of them sound as natural as
"I'm happy when I run."
you don't have to say "feeling/feel happy"

You could also say, " When I run, I'm happy"
which sounds better than the three you gave, but not as good as "I'm happy when I run"

If you want to sound a little more native, you can say
"Running makes me happy."

This means that you enjoy the act of running which is essentially the same meaning as all three sentences you gave.
